ORDERING LINKS AND BANDS

Order Links
Extra links can be ordered with your credit card by calling Metro Service Center at 1-800-842-8621. Each link adds approximately ½ an inch to the watchband. If more than 2 links are needed, there is a $3.00 charge for each additional link requested. For all orders there is a $3.99 shipping and handling charge plus any applicable taxes. There is a limited quantity of links, therefore availability cannot be guaranteed.

Ordering Bands
You can place an order for any non-metal band directly through our Customer Care Department by calling 1-800-842-8621. The price for a new non-metal band is $10.00. For all orders there is a $3.99 shipping and handling charge plus any applicable taxes. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Once ordered, it takes 7 to 10 business days to receive your watch band.

If you are in need of a metal watch band, we ask that you send your watch to our authorized service center to have the metal band replaced. The address is:

Along with your watch, please enclose a note stating you would like a band replacement. In your note include your return mailing address, email address, and a check or money order (payable to Metro Service Center) for $27.00. Do not send the original tin or box the watch came in. Your watch will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive it.

We also encourage you to send your package by certified or insured mail, or through a traceable shipper like UPS. Metro Service Center is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any further questions, please contact our representatives at 1-800-842-8621.
