Fossil is now proudly offering shipping to Canada and Mexico. Shipping is extended through our international logistics partner Borderfree. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that the financial transaction and shipment will be processed by Borderfree. However, Fossil will remain as the main customer care contact for all international customers.
How To Place an International Order
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. Next, select your desired country under the ‘Shipping To’ option and click ‘Checkout’. Lastly, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

International shipping is offered through DHL. There is a flat rate of $10 U.S. for all DHL Express shipments to Canada and Mexico.
Estimated shipping timeline: 5-9 business days.
Free or other flat-rate shipping or return promotions do not apply to international orders.
Duties and Taxes
The total amount of local duties and taxes will be estimated and guaranteed at checkout. The customer's credit card will be charged once the item has been shipped from the USA. Taxes and duties depend on destination country and items ordered.
Customers in Canada and Mexico will see U.S. pricing on the site. However, once in the shopping cart, they will have the opportunity to pay in local currency (based on the applicable exchange rates described below).
Foreign exchange rates are updated on a daily basis and determined by Borderfree based on interbank rates of exchange.
International customers can also transact with Borderfree in U.S. dollars, however such transactions can be subject to above average foreign exchange fees.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are available for international customers. Fossil Gift Cards or Promotional Codes are not an option for international shipping.
“BF*Fossil” will be displayed as the merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S.
Returns and Exchanges
We are not offering exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders.
To return an item, international customers must contact customer care. A return- shipping label will be generated electronically and sent via email.
International customers should not mail their products to the domestic return address shown on the Fossil site.
When the product safely returns to its hub, Borderfree issues a credit to the customer’s card. The refund includes the price of the product, duties, and taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees will affect the refund amount.

Some Fossil products are not available for international shipping. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete your check out for international shipping with these restricted items.
Warranty and Repairs
Repairs for international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Should service be required, please contact customer care.
Fossil encourages its customers to create an account. Benefits include the ability to view order history, maintain a personal wish list, and save personal information for faster check out.
However, for international orders, Fossil does not have the ability to offer saved credit card, shipping/billing address, or product history (all other My Account features will be available).
