Ordering Links & Bands

Order Links

Extra links can be ordered with your credit card by calling Metro Service Center at 1-800-842-8621. Each link adds approximately ½ an inch to the watchband. The first 2 links are free. There will be an additional charge for any link after the first 2. For all orders there is a $3.99 shipping and handling charge plus any applicable taxes. There is a limited quantity of links, therefore availability cannot be guaranteed.

Ordering Bands

You can place an order for leather or silicone straps directly through our Customer Care Department by calling 1-800-842-8621. Orders must be placed using a credit card or debit card. Once ordered, it takes 7 to 10 business days to receive your watch strap.

If you are in need of a watch bracelet, we ask that you send your watch to our authorized service center to have the bracelet replaced. Please see repair form below for instructions.
