Fossil Announces a New Contemporary Handbag Collection

RICHARDSON, TX, July 30, 2007— Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL), a leading innovator of watch design, fashion handbags and accessories, announced today the fall launch of its new contemporary handbag collection, FIFTY*FOUR by FOSSIL.

Modern details meet vintage inspiration in Fossil’s newest collection of handbags. Handcrafted from the finest leathers and textiles, the FIFTY*FOUR by FOSSIL collection reflects an eclectic confidence and creative way of life. True to Fossil’s design heritage, each style is unique in its shape and its feel. The FIFTY*FOUR by FOSSIL handbags capture the optimistic spirit and fresh lifestyle that encourages personal expression.

In 2008, the FIFTY*FOUR by FOSSIL label will expand with an extensive line of men’s and women’s watches and sunglasses.

Handbag prices range from $125 to $450 and wallets from $35 to $75. The FIFTY*FOUR by FOSSIL collection will be produced in limited quantities and available nationwide in FOSSIL® stores, select major department stores, and in select FOSSIL stores in the UK, Asia and Australia.
