What type of gift cards can I purchase?

We offer both Physical and eGift Cards.

 

What is the difference between eGift Cards and Gift Cards?

eGift Cards are sent to the recipient via email. Physical Gift Cards are sent to the recipient via mail in form of a plastic card.

 

What type of volume discounts do you offer?

Volume discounts will vary depending upon the size of your order. Please reach out to premiumcmd@fossil.com for more information.

 

Where can Fossil gift cards be used?

Fossil Corporate gift cards are redeemable at Fossil.com and Fossil retail stores only. Fossil Corporate gift cards cannot be redeemed at department stores or other retail locations where our brand is sold.

 

Do the gift cards ever expire?

No, our gift cards do not expire, nor do we charge any service fees on any unused balances.

 

What if the gift cards are lost or stolen?

Please treat a gift card as you would cash; the value of the lost or stolen card is non-refundable. Please call 1-800-242-5353 if you have any questions.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Fossil Corporate Gift Cards and Fossil Corporate eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law. Fossil will have the ability to cancel a customer’s order within 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you have any further questions please email premiumcmd@fossil.com.

If you have less than $10 remaining on your electronic gift card, you can request redemption for its cash value. Please contact our Customer Care department at 1-800-449-3056 between 8am — 7pm (CST), Monday through Friday or between 9:30am — 6pm (CST) Saturday, and one of our Customer Care representatives will be glad to assist you.
