Returns & Exchanges
Fossil is committed to making your shopping experience a success and is offering free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
All online orders must be returned via the method described below.
Processing an Online Return
To initiate a return request and generate a shipping label for your return order, visit the link here. You can access your order detail via your registered account Order History or by verifying your order number, last name, and email address. Select the items you’d like to return, complete the return reason from the provided list, and follow the instructions below to process your return:
A. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
B. Seal the package.
C. Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the box.

When processing your return, we will first refund any Fossil gift card used, then we will refund any other forms of payment used to place the original order.
