Contactless Roadside Service
Shop online and pick up your purchase* the same day at select stores. Select “Store Pick-Up,”, choose your location, submit your order and wait to receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up. Call the store to let them know you have arrived to pick up your order. Provide the order confirmation number, and a sales assistant will bring your order to you.
Any returns for Contactless Roadside Service orders must be posted back to our distribution centres. Instructions can be found on our Product Care page.
*This service is not available for embossing, engraving and gift items for gift messaging and gift wrapping. Other exclusions may apply.
