STEP TWO:

GET IN TOUCH

Contact the store via WhatsApp. Request an appointment, ask about a product or make any other enquiry.

STEP THREE:

CHAT DIRECTLY WITH THE STORE

Using video chat, our Fossil staff can offer you great recommendations, help you shop for the latest styles, explain product features, give background stories and much more besides. If your questions are straightforward and you don’t wish to use video chat, we can reply to you quickly and clearly via text message. Whatever works best for you!

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once you have decided on a purchase, simply place your order directly with the member of staff and get it delivered postage-free. You will be given details of the various payment methods open to you.
