Celebrate and uplift Black voices
this month and every month.
All year long, we’re partnering with HBCU 20x20, an organization that drives change in
Historically Black Colleges and Universities and in the Black community by increasing
economic and social mobility through academic and career resources.
We’ll donate a minimum of $25,000 to this national nonprofit during Black History Month,
in addition to introducing students to the watches, wearables and fashion accessories
industry, assisting with resume review and mock interviews, and hosting a professional and
career development summit throughout the year.
Uplifting Black Voices
Our Employee Resource Group, BAAM†, supports and elevates Black voices at Fossil and beyond. The group selected retail store associate Jalyn Tate’s incredible tin design to be featured with our watch honoring Black history. Jalyn’s illustrations celebrate the confidence and vibrancy of her culture and she hopes to inspire the next generation of Black children to embrace the arts.
