Phoenix Travel Guide

Featuring  Caitlin Lindquist of Dash of Darling

March 1, 2017

This season we found inspiration in the Southwest: its clean lines, plentiful cacti, and the bright sunshine light. After putting together a list of our must-visit spring travel spots, Phoenix, Arizona came out on top. Known for its sunny weather, the abundance of outdoor activities and up and coming neighborhoods, Phoenix sits at the top of our must-visit travel list. Caitlin Lindquist of Dash of Darling was the perfect gal to show us around her hometown. We regularly swoon over her gorgeous Instagram feed, her unmissable city guides and travel photos, and we're confident you'll do the same when you check out her favorite spots in Phoenix below!

For Breakfast: Luci's at the Orchard

"They have some of the best coffee around (get the vanilla latte)."

For a Quick Gift: Camelback Flowershop

"Located in the Arcadia District, Camelback Flowershop is my go-to for all things floral and plant related."

For Lunch: North Italia in Arcadia

"You feel like you’ve stepped off a side street in Italy and into your neighborhood restaurant here. I go crazy for their pizzas and chicken parmesan and, of course, their yummy cocktails."

For an Outdoor Adventure: Hiking Camelback Mountain

"If you’re not one to shy away from an adventure, Camelback Mountain is a must-do hike in Arizona. It’s a bit of a challenge but so worth it for the views once you get to the top!"

Happy Hour: Positino's

"Once a 1950’s-era post office, their Arcadia location features a darling mid-century style with local artisan touches and communal dining spaces. It’s the perfect spot to get cozy and make some new friends."

Can't-be-missed boutique: UrbAna

"It's one of my favorite home goods stores that I can’t resist stopping into. I am a bit of a collector of all things décor and love dressing my table up with their accessories and entertaining ware."
