Our orders are shipped from our European warehouse and while we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect delivery in 4-6 working days after receipt of order. We endeavour to meet the following schedule: Orders will be dispatched next business day for in-stock merchandise and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched by the end of the following business day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. Delivery time is usually 3 - 4 days from dispatch. Deliveries to outlying areas and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.
Fossil.co.uk will only deliver to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and for PayPal payments, only to the account holder's billing address. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to The Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.
We will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been dispatched. Please use this service to follow the progress of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact the Online Store Team.
Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount.
To return your unused products for a refund please follow these steps:
- Detach the Returns Label from the top of the RETURN FORM. Complete the RETURN FORM with the item which is being returned.
- Pack the merchandise in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) along with a copy of the delivery note and the completed return form.
- Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise.
- All returns should be sent via a trackable carrier such as UPS. They should be insured and require a proof of delivery. Fossil is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
- You must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us for return or exchange. If it was due to our fault (e.g. wrong product supplied, or product not working) please contact us BEFORE returning the product.
We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 14 days. We will only refund to the same payment card used to place the original order. If the goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you offer a reduced refund or to arrange to send them back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days, we will just send them back to you.
Goods may be exchanged up to 28 days from the day following receipt. Contact us within 14 days of returning to advise us of the exchange item(s) required. If there is a refund due to you, this will be returned to the original payment card. If there is an additional payment required then payment details will be taken when you contact us. Pack the goods to be returned as above. The replacement order will be placed when the returned goods have been received. Any items returned within the 28 day period without instruction for exchange will be refunded.
To save time, you could just return the unwanted item and order the new item yourself. This would avoid the delay in receiving and assessing the condition of the returned item before processing the order for the new item for you.
We’ve designed select products to help protect your credit and debit cards embedded with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips.This helps prevent unwarranted scanning of the chip while the card is in your product.We have installed a special lining to help shield the RFID chips on credit and debit cards from being scanned when the product is properly closed.The manufacturer and distributor of this product disclaim liability arising out of your use of the product, including liability from unauthorised persons scanning any RFID chip contained in the product.
We need a little more time to create your amazing, personalised piece. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days processing time for orders containing custom timepieces designed using The Watch Bar and/or engraved or embossed items.
Custom timepieces and engraved or embossed items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
The Watch Bar offers two ways to show off your creative side. Design an entirely new watch with a variety of dials, cases, bezels and straps to make it uniquely yours. Want an easy way to mix and match? Choose from our selection of swappable cases and straps to create a new look (for every day of the week). Don't forget to add engraving for that extra special touch!
Select the box indicating you’d like to add custom engraving or embossing to your item, and then fill out the form to select your font and characters. Items will be personalised as they are entered on the website form. We cannot make any changes to your personalisation after your order has been submitted.
Special note: We take the utmost care to ensure your custom style is one-of-a-kind. In the engraving or embossing process, there might be slight variations from what you see on your screen to the final product.
The character limit allowed varies by product. We can engrave a small phrase on the caseback of your watch. For embossing, you may select up to three letters, no numbers or special characters.
We engrave only on the caseback of the watch. For embossing, the letters will go on a pre-determined location, but you’ll be able to preview your creation to see the location of the embossing for each item.
If for some reason you're having issues with submitting your custom word or phrase, please check your character count and that you are using the approved characters. We also will not honor any order requests with profane or objectionable words or phrases.
