Order Additional Links

Additional links can be ordered with a credit or debit card by calling the customer services team on 03444 123 277. Please have your watch's style number ready (located on the back of your watch) so our representatives can assist you.

Each link adds approximately ½ an inch to the watch bracelet.

If your watch has been purchased in the last 28 days, the first 3 links are complimentary. In this case please send an email with your receipt or online order confirmation from the last 28 days, watch style number and address details to ukenquiries@fossil.com so we can post them out to you. If you have a new watch but require more than 3 links please call us on the number above as the additional links will be chargeable.

All chargeable orders are subject to a £4 shipping and handling charge plus any applicable taxes.

Please note that availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Once an order has been placed, please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive your items.

Once received, you can take your watch to any Fossil store to have your links fitted.

 

Order Straps and Watch Bracelets

Replacement straps or bracelets for your watch can be ordered with a credit or debit card by calling the customer services team on 03444 123 277. Please have your watch’s style number ready (located on the back of your watch) so our representatives can assist you.

If you are looking for an alternative strap or bracelet please call us to talk through your options.

Please note that availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Once an order has been placed, please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive your items.

Once received, you can take your watch to any Fossil store to have your parts fitted.

If you do not wish to have a strap delivered to you directly and would like us to fit your new strap or bracelet, we ask that you send your watch to our authorized service center to have this work carried out. (Please note that fitting charges will apply)

Once your watch is assessed by our technicians, an estimate of cost will be sent to you to approve and pay before any work is carried out.

 

RETURNS

We do not offer a returns policy on our spare parts.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
