What is Borderfree?
Borderfree is a global e-commerce solution that allows our customers to send our products internationally with competitive shipping rates and reliable service. Using Borderfree, we can present prices in your local currency and provide a comprehensive order total including all local taxes and fees before you confirm your order.
Customers shipping internationally from our U.S. site will contract directly with Borderfree, who will fulfill the products offered on the Fossil website. All purchases made on Fossil.com--for delivery outside of the U.S.--will be completed by Borderfree, and Borderfree is responsible for the delivery of your order.

International Shipping Costs
Shipping is $10 USD via DHL Express, charged at the local currency rate at the time the order is placed and can vary due to changes in the currency conversion rate. Delivery typically occurs 6-15 days after an order is placed but this time can vary based on the delivery location.
When your order leaves the United States, your credit card will be billed by Borderfree.
When you check out with Borderfree, you will be provided with a final order and shipping total which includes any applicable duties, customs tariffs, value added taxes (VAT) and similar taxes that may be required in your jurisdiction by local authorities. This will be in addition to the prices for the merchandise listed on our website. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including (but not limited to) the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased. Our partner, Borderfree, will determine and guarantee the amount of such duties, tariffs and taxes applicable to your purchase, and include these amounts in your total at checkout. The total at checkout will be exclusive of any surcharges that may be imposed by the issuing bank of the credit card you use on transactions with companies domiciled in the United States.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders.
To return an item within 90 days from the original purchase date, international customers must contact Customer Care. A return shipping label will be generated electronically and sent via email.
Shipping cost for returned orders can vary and is paid by the customer.
International customers should not mail their products to the domestic return address shown on the Fossil site.
When the product safely returns to its hub, Borderfree issues a credit to the customer’s card. The refund includes the price of the product, duties, and taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees will affect the refund amount.
