Shop online and select “Store Pick-Up” during checkout. Call your store for specific parking instructions.
Once you’ve received an email saying your order is ready for pick-up, drive to the store and follow store guidance regarding your pick-up spot, then call the store to let us know you’re here. Make sure to have your ID and confirmation email handy to verify your identity.
A sales assistant will bring your order out to you and place it in your boot or back seat, contact-free!

How will I know when my Contactless Roadside Service order is ready?
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been placed and when it is ready for pick-up.

What do I do once I arrive?
Call the Fossil store and let them know you’re there.
When will I be charged for Contactless Roadside Service?
You will be charged once the store confirms your order for pick-up. If you are unable to pick up your order for any reason, the order will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase.
Can I return an item through Contactless Roadside Service?
Any returns for Contactless Roadside Service orders must be posted back to our distribution centres. Instructions can be found on our Product Care page.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I pick up my order?
You’ll need to show a valid form of ID and the order confirmation email to pick up your order.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! When placing your “Store Pick-Up” order, provide the name of the designated person and make sure they can produce a valid form of ID when picking up the order.
How long will my order be held at the store?
You will have seven (7) days to pick up your order before the order is cancelled.
Are any products excluded from Contactless Roadside Service?
This service is not compatible with embossing, engraving and gift items with gift messaging and gift wrapping. Other exclusions may apply.
