Within the Wellness app, your smartwatch tracks several key metrics like steps, sleep, fitness goals, heart rate, cardio fitness levels and estimated SpO2 measurements.
Blood oxygen saturation level, also indicated as SpO2, is a measure of the percentage of oxygen carried by your blood at any given time. A normal SpO2 level ranges from 95% to 100%. However, this may change, depending on different factors, such as current health conditions, altitude and/or exercising. Maintaining a normal blood oxygen level is necessary since, in some cases, blood oxygen levels can be indicative of health problems. Track your estimated blood oxygen levels in the Wellness app on your smartwatch, either by initiating a new reading or by “allowing” occasional background readings.
The Heart Rate feature displays your real time continuous heart rate data in terms of average beats per minute (BPM). When Heart Rate monitoring is enabled, your smartwatch will automatically measure your heart rate and provide measurements at any time.
With customisable dials, your smartwatch can match your mood and provide shortcuts to the information you care about most. Select any watch face from our robust collection and customise the dials by changing font style and background colour, and then add your shortcuts to easily track your day. Popular shortcuts include heart rate, battery level, blood oxygen, steps, calories, temperature, second time zone, and more.
Touchscreen: With a battery life that can last the day with you, your smartwatch will keep you connected. Plus, with our new Smart Battery Modes, you can extend your battery for multiple days.
Hybrid: Thanks to the smartwatch’s long-lasting battery, there’s no nightly plug-in necessary.*
*Depending on usage.
Smart Battery Modes help you conserve battery life based on your daily needs. You can use the “Daily” mode to get the most out of your smartwatch before putting it on the charger at night, “Extended” mode for multi-day use, and “Time Only” mode whenever your battery is super low, or you want to wear your smartwatch without charging it for weeks at a time.
Touchscreen: Your smartwatch uses the same app notification settings as the app notification settings on your phone. If a notification or alert vibrates or makes a sound on your phone, your smartwatch will vibrate in a similar fashion. If your phone doesn’t vibrate or make a sound for notifications, your smartwatch will display the notification but will not vibrate.
Hybrid: Your hybrid smartwatch allows you to preview calls and texts and check your latest notifications anytime you want. You can assign specific notifications to your favourite people and apps, and receive discrete vibration notifications on your smartwatch when they contact you.
Quickly locate your smartphone when it’s within Bluetooth range by simply pressing a button on your smartwatch.
Touchscreen: By using the voice commands on your smartwatch, you can check in with Alexa to get news, weather updates, reminders, upcoming events, and so much more.
Hybrid: Ask Alexa just about anything and view the response right on your smartwatch.
When a companion phone is connected, you can place phone calls and reject or receive incoming phone calls directly from your watch.
