Repairs & Spare Parts

We offer free repairs or replacements for defective items under your statutory rights or our Fossil Manufacturer's Warranty, as well as paid repair services for products which are out of warranty (EU customers: choosing a repair under your statutory guarantee automatically extends the guarantee by at least 12 months). Returns

We accept returns of unworn merchandise up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund, without prejudice to your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. Leather Products Recommended Care

We use high-quality, genuine leather in our products. To keep it looking good over time, clean with a soft, dry cloth. Leather stained by cleaning is not covered under our warranty. Avoid water and extended exposure to direct sunlight.
