Shop online and select Store Pickup" during checkout. Call your store for specific parking instructions.
Once you've received an email saying your order is ready for pickup, drive to the store and follow store guidance regarding your pickup spot, then call the store to let us know you're here. Make sure to have your ID and confirmation email handy to verify your identity.
A store associate will bring your order out to you and place it in your trunk or back seat, contact-free!

Select "Store Pickup" during checkout and place your order. (Make sure your selected store offers Contactless Curbside Service.)
How will I know when my Contactless Curbside Service order is ready?
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been placed and when it is ready for pick up.

What do I do once I arrive?
Call the Fossil store and let them know you’re there.
When will I be charged for Contactless Curbside Service?
You will be charged once the store confirms your order for pickup. If you are unable to pick up your order for any reason, the order will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase.
Can I return an item through Contactless Curbside Service?
Any returns for Contactless Curbside Service orders must be mailed back to our distribution centers. Instructions can be found on our Product Care page.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I pick up my order?
You'll need to show a valid form of ID and the order confirmation email to pick up your order.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! When placing your "Store Pickup" order, provide the name of the designated person and make sure they bring a valid form of ID when picking up the order.
How long will my order be held at the store?
You will have seven (7) days to pick up your order before the order is canceled.
Are any products excluded from Contactless Curbside Service?
This service is not valid on embossing, engraving and gift items for gift messaging and gift wrapping. Other exclusions may apply.
