Fill out the form to schedule an appointment with an in-store associate. Be sure to add the required information so we can provide you with the best experience possible.
CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details, including a Google Calendar invite with a link to join the meeting.
JOIN THE MEETING
At your scheduled appointment time, click the link provided in the confirmation email to join the private Google meeting. You're welcome to use video or join with audio only.
Your dedicated Fossil store associate is ready to provide recommendations, help you shop the latest styles, discuss smartwatch features and more!

LTE smartwatches work exclusively with Verizon Android phones (not unlocked phones) on the Verizon network with a qualified Numbershare data plan. NumberShare is required to activate service on LTE smartwatches.
Numbershare is available with an eligible Verizon monthly plan.

Customers must have a compatible Android Smartphone (4G or 5G) active on their Verizon account.
Compatible Android smartphone must have OS 6.0 or later, excluding Go edition, with an updated version of MVS (v.18.104.22.168 or later) and must be HD voice capable, have HD voice turned on, and be on an eligible plan.
NOTE: LTE smartwatches do not support a standalone activation, only activation via NumberShare is eligible.
