BATTERY LIFE

To change your battery, do the following:

  • Use a coin to turn the caseback counterclockwise.
  • To remove the caseback, apply light pressure on one side to pry open.
  • Remove the used battery.
  • Insert new battery placing it plus side up.
  • To close the caseback, tightly seal it clockwise, lining up the dots or markers and eliminating the gap around the watch.

PAIRING AND SYNCING

To ensure that your smartwatch is pairing and syncing, try the following:

  • Make sure that your smartwatch is powered on.
  • Check that your Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • The Fossil Q App must be open and running on your phone at all times.

Having trouble connecting?

  • Try turning your Bluetooth off and on.
  • Restart the Fossil Q App.
  • Keep the Fossil Q App open and running on your phone at all times.
